Mercedes Lane was founded by Vancouver Island resident Tina Robson. Her first store in Parksville on Vancouver Island is a stunning success. This led to her opening her second store in Victoria's Cook Street Village.
Tina's concept was simple:
Give people what they want at a price they can afford, and provide excellent customer service.
At Mercedes Lane the customer comes first. We will never pressure our customers. We are there to help. If you make a purchase and you're not happy ... we'll take it back. No hassle. We endeavour to provide a comfortable relaxed atmosphere. We want our customers to feel at home in our store.
